Purpose of this form
Inspect your UAD 3.6 package before your lender submits it.
Attach the submission ZIP your form software exports. UADCheck flags every fatal and warning the GSEs publish — explained in plain English, mapped to the exact spot on the form. A second opinion your E&O will appreciate.

Export your package
In your form software, generate the UAD 3.6 submission package — the ZIP containing the XML, the report PDF, and the photos. Any vendor. We integrate with none and work with all.

Photos and PDF are inspected inside your browser and never uploaded. The XML is checked in memory and immediately discarded. No account required.

Fix before your lender finds it
Every fatal and warning, in plain English, with the official message ID and the exact form section to correct — before it becomes an unpaid revision cycle.
Section 2 — Scope of inspection (☒ = in service today · ☐ = pending)
Package integrity
The SYS-level checks UCDP runs on the ZIP itself: exactly one XML, the report PDF present and matching the XML's reference, every photo referenced ↔ present.
Official GSE schema
Your XML validated against the actual GSE UAD 3.6 XSD — every format, enumeration, and required structure, with line numbers.
UAD 3.6 Compliance Rules
The published rule set behind UCDP's fatals and warnings (H-1 v1.5 — 728 rules, 592 of them Fatal). Every finding cites its official message ID and where to fix it on the form.
Freddie Mac findings layer
Published FRE findings that otherwise surface only AFTER your lender submits — outside the GSE API your form software uses. First tranche live; growing weekly.
PDF ↔ XML consistency
The mismatches reviewers bounce reports for: the PDF says one thing, the data file says another. Appraised value, subject address, city/ZIP, effective date — compared in your browser; the PDF never uploads.
Coverage grows weekly. Every inspection report states exactly which subset of the published rules it evaluated — see the complete message-ID reference.
Section 3 — Privacy declaration
The undersigned service declares that: (a) photos and the report PDF are inspected in the appraiser's browser and are never transmitted; (b) the report XML is checked in memory and discarded when the response is returned — it is not written to disk, logged, retained, used for training, or shared; (c) only non-identifying result counts are kept.
Section 4 — Certification
Will this guarantee UCDP accepts your report? No — and be suspicious of anyone who says otherwise. UADCheck runs the published GSE rule set and tells you exactly which subset it covered. What it does is catch the fatals before they cost you an unpaid revision cycle.
