What UADCheck is

UADCheck is an informational pre-submission review tool. It checks appraisal report packages against publicly published GSE UAD 3.6 documents (compliance rules, schema, and related materials) and reports what it finds. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

What it is not

• It does not submit anything to UCDP, the GSEs, lenders, or anyone else.
• A clean result does not guarantee UCDP acceptance, lender acceptance, or compliance with any requirement. Each check reports which subset of the published rules it evaluated.
• It provides no appraisal, valuation, legal, or USPAP advice. You remain the appraiser of record and solely responsible for your report.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service (bulk automated scraping, denial of service, reverse engineering the rule content for resale). We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UADCheck and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including rejected submissions, revision requests, or lost fees. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.
