Your report

Appraisal reports contain personal and property information. Our handling is simple: we do not store your report — any of it, ever.

• Photos and the report PDF inside your package ZIP are inspected inside your browser and are never transmitted to our servers.
• The report XML is sent over TLS to our server, checked in memory, and discarded when the response is returned. It is not written to disk, logged, retained, used for training, or shared.
• We keep only non-identifying result metadata: counts of findings by severity, rule version, and timing — no addresses, no names, no values, no file contents.

Your email

If you enter your email to see full results, we store it to send you rule-change alerts and product updates about UADCheck. We do not sell or share it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or write to support@uadcheck.com and we will delete it.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics (cookieless, privacy-preserving) and record anonymous product events (for example, “a check completed with N fatals”) keyed to a truncated hash of your IP address. We cannot reverse that hash into your IP.
