Indicate whether the HUD certification label is present for each section of the manufactured home.

Fatal — a single unresolved Fatal makes the entire submission come back NOT SUCCESSFUL (UCDP Hard Stop 401).

What triggers UAD1105

If (ImprovementType = "Dwelling" and ConstructionMethodType = "Manufactured") or (ImprovementType = "Outbuilding" and OutbuildingType = "ManufacturedHome" and OutbuildingRealPropertyIndicator = "true" and LivingUnitCount > 0), and ManufacturedHomeHUDCertificateLabelIndicator is not provided in a given instance of MANUFACTURED_HOME_DETAIL

How to fix it

On the URAR, this lives at: Manufactured Home → HUD Certification Label → Label Present for All Sections. Complete or correct that field in your form software, regenerate the package, and re-check before submission.

Because this is a Fatal edit, do not submit until it is resolved — one Fatal bounces the whole package.
