The 'Effective Date of Appraisal' must include year, month and day.
Fatal — a single unresolved Fatal makes the entire submission come back NOT SUCCESSFUL (UCDP Hard Stop 401).
What triggers UAD1260
The published rule logic, verbatim:
If AppraisalReportEffectiveDate does not include year, month and day in YYYY-MM-DD format
- • Required format: a full date, CCYY-MM-DD (e.g., 2026-03-15).
- • Bound to MISMO data point

How to fix it
On the URAR, this lives at: Reconciliation → Appraisal Summary → Effective Date of Appraisal (%PV%). Complete or correct that field in your form software, regenerate the package, and re-check before submission.
Because this is a Fatal edit, do not submit until it is resolved — one Fatal bounces the whole package.
