What triggers UAD1310

The published rule logic, verbatim:

If LandOwnedInCommonIndicator = "false", and PropertyMixedUsageIndicator = "true", and ( at least one instance of PROPERTY_USE is not provided or NonResidentialUseType is not provided in a given instance of PROPERTY_USE)

• Checked for the Subject property.
• Bound to MISMO data point NonResidentialUseType at ../VALUATION_ANALYSIS/PROPERTIES/PROPERTY/PROPERTY_USES/PROPERTY_USE/

How to fix it

On the URAR, this lives at: Site → Non-Residential Use. Complete or correct that field in your form software, regenerate the package, and re-check before submission.
