UAD1633
FATALOfficial message text · Appendix H-1: UAD Compliance Rules — URAR, v1.5
The 'Lowest List Price' must be greater than $0.
Fatal — a single unresolved Fatal makes the entire submission come back NOT SUCCESSFUL (UCDP Hard Stop 401).
What triggers UAD1633
The published rule logic, verbatim:
If MarketInventoryLowestPriceAmount <= 0 for the instance of MARKET_INVENTORY with MarketInventoryType = "ActiveListings"
- • Checked for the Subject property.
- • Minimum allowed value: 1.
- • Bound to MISMO data point
MarketInventoryLowestPriceAmount (%PV%)at../VALUATION_ANALYSIS/PROPERTIES/PROPERTY/MARKET/MARKET_INVENTORIES/MARKET_INVENTORY/
How to fix it
On the URAR, this lives at: Market → Search Result Metrics → Lowest List Price (%PV%). Complete or correct that field in your form software, regenerate the package, and re-check before submission.
Because this is a Fatal edit, do not submit until it is resolved — one Fatal bounces the whole package.
The free UADCheck inspection evaluates UAD1633 automatically — attach your package and see in seconds whether it fires.
