Provide the number of parking spaces.

Fatal — a single unresolved Fatal makes the entire submission come back NOT SUCCESSFUL (UCDP Hard Stop 401).

What triggers UAD1671

The published rule logic, verbatim:

If (CarStorageType = "Driveway" or "SharedDriveway", and TenOrMoreParkingSpacesIndicator = "false") or (CarStorageType = "Carport" or "CommonCarport" or "Garage" or "OpenLot" or "Other" or "ParkingGarage"), and ParkingSpacesCount is not provided in a given instance of CAR_STORAGE_DETAIL

• Checked for the Subject property.
• Bound to MISMO data point ParkingSpacesCount at ../VALUATION_ANALYSIS/PROPERTIES/PROPERTY/CAR_STORAGES/CAR_STORAGE/CAR_STORAGE_DETAIL/

How to fix it

On the URAR, this lives at: Vehicle Storage → Number of Parking Spaces. Complete or correct that field in your form software, regenerate the package, and re-check before submission.

Because this is a Fatal edit, do not submit until it is resolved — one Fatal bounces the whole package.
