The cooperative proprietary lease expiration date must include year and month (YYYY-MM format).
Fatal — a single unresolved Fatal makes the entire submission come back NOT SUCCESSFUL (UCDP Hard Stop 401).
What triggers UAD1741
The published rule logic, verbatim:
If CooperativeProprietaryLeaseExpirationDate is not provided in YYYY-MM format.
- • Checked for the Subject property.
- • Required format: year and month, CCYY-MM (e.g., 2026-03).
- • Bound to MISMO data point

How to fix it
On the URAR, this lives at: Project Information → Cooperative Information → Proprietary Lease Expires (%PV%). Complete or correct that field in your form software, regenerate the package, and re-check before submission.
Because this is a Fatal edit, do not submit until it is resolved — one Fatal bounces the whole package.
