Warning — the submission can still come back Successful, but the finding is surfaced to your lender's review team.
What triggers UAD1757
The published rule logic, verbatim:
If ReconsiderationOfValueResultDate is more than 367 days before the current date
- • Required format: a full date, CCYY-MM-DD (e.g., 2026-03-15).
- • Minimum allowed value: Current - 367.
- • Bound to MISMO data point

On the URAR, this lives at: Revision History → Reconsideration of Value → Date (%PV%). Complete or correct that field in your form software, regenerate the package, and re-check before submission.
