One of the following messages is returned: • Overall Quality of Construction adjustments have the following inconsistencies: Comp #[#]: Adjustment in the wrong direction and is not consistent with reported differences. Please review the adjustments for accuracy and consistency. • Overall Quality of Construction adjustments have the following inconsistencies: Comp #[#]: Missing adjustment. The quality rating is different from the subject but the adjustment amount is blank. The field should contain either an adjustment or "0". Please review the adjustments for accuracy and consistency.

Warning — the submission can still come back Successful, but the finding is surfaced to your lender's review team.

What triggers FRE32800

FRE32800 is a Freddie Mac proprietary finding (Comp Selection). It is returned by Loan Collateral Advisor®/UCDP® after your lender submits — this layer is explicitly outside the GSE UAD Compliance API, so your form software's built-in check does not run it. The first time most appraisers see it is in a revision request.

On the URAR, this lives at: Sales Comparison Approach → N/A. Complete or correct that field in your form software, regenerate the package, and re-check before submission.
