There is an indicator of a living unit in an outbuilding, and it was not identified as an ADU. Any living unit in an outbuilding is considered an ADU, or it would have to be identified as a dwelling.
Warning — the submission can still come back Successful, but the finding is surfaced to your lender's review team.
What triggers UAD1730
The published rule logic, verbatim:
If AccessoryDwellingUnitIndicator = "false" for a given instance of PROPERTY_UNIT_DETAIL in IMPROVEMENT with ImprovementType = "Outbuilding"

How to fix it
On the URAR, this lives at: Unit Interior → ADU. Complete or correct that field in your form software, regenerate the package, and re-check before submission.
