The amount related to the transfer of ownership of real property (typically the sale price) must be greater than or equal to $0.
Fatal — a single unresolved Fatal makes the entire submission come back NOT SUCCESSFUL (UCDP Hard Stop 401).
What triggers UAD1745
The published rule logic, verbatim:

- • Checked for every Gross Rent Multiplier Comparable in the report.
- • Minimum allowed value: 0.

How to fix it
On the URAR, this lives at: Income Approach → Gross Rent Multiplier Comparables → Sale Price (%PV%). Complete or correct that field in your form software, regenerate the package, and re-check before submission.
Because this is a Fatal edit, do not submit until it is resolved — one Fatal bounces the whole package.
