Provide the 'Unfinished Area Below Grade' for the sales comparable, even if the value is 0.

Fatal — a single unresolved Fatal makes the entire submission come back NOT SUCCESSFUL (UCDP Hard Stop 401).

What triggers UAD1776

The published rule logic, verbatim:

If @ValuationUseType = "SalesComparable" and (ImprovementType = "Dwelling" or (ImprovementType = "Outbuilding" and OutbuildingRealPropertyIndicator = "true" and AccessoryDwellingUnitIndicator = "true")), and UnitBelowGradeUnfinishedAreaMeasure is not provided in a given instance of PROPERTY_UNIT_AREA

• Checked for every Sales Comparable in the report.
• Bound to MISMO data point UnitBelowGradeUnfinishedAreaMeasure at ../VALUATION_ANALYSIS/PROPERTIES/PROPERTY/IMPROVEMENTS/IMPROVEMENT/PROPERTY_UNITS/PROPERTY_UNIT/PROPERTY_UNIT_AREA/

How to fix it

On the URAR, this lives at: Sales Comparison Approach → Unit(s) → Unfinished Area Below Grade. Complete or correct that field in your form software, regenerate the package, and re-check before submission.

Because this is a Fatal edit, do not submit until it is resolved — one Fatal bounces the whole package.
