What triggers UAD1075
The published rule logic, verbatim:
If ImprovementType = "Dwelling" AND HomeownerResponsibleForExteriorMaintenanceIndicator = "true" and ImprovementComponentType = "Roof" and (at least one instance of ROOF_MATERIAL is not provided or RoofMaterialType is not provided in a given instance of ROOF_MATERIAL)

On the URAR, this lives at: Dwelling Exterior → Quality and Condition → Detail. Complete or correct that field in your form software, regenerate the package, and re-check before submission.
