Provide the exterior condition rating.

Fatal — a single unresolved Fatal makes the entire submission come back NOT SUCCESSFUL (UCDP Hard Stop 401).

What triggers UAD1426

The published rule logic, verbatim:

If (@ValuationUseType = "SalesComparable" and ImprovementType = "Dwelling" and HomeownerResponsibleForExteriorMaintenanceIndicator = "true"), and (@ValuationUseType = "SubjectProperty" and HomeownerResponsibleForExteriorMaintenanceIndicator = "true") and ExteriorConditionRatingCode is not provided in a given instance of STRUCTURE_DETAIL

• Checked for every Sales Comparable in the report.
• Bound to MISMO data point ExteriorConditionRatingCode at ../VALUATION_ANALYSIS/PROPERTIES/PROPERTY/IMPROVEMENTS/IMPROVEMENT/STRUCTURE/STRUCTURE_DETAIL/

How to fix it

On the URAR, this lives at: Sales Comparison Approach → Exterior Quality and Condition → Condition. Complete or correct that field in your form software, regenerate the package, and re-check before submission.

Because this is a Fatal edit, do not submit until it is resolved — one Fatal bounces the whole package.
