The prior sale or transfer date for the sales comparable must include year, month and day.
Fatal — a single unresolved Fatal makes the entire submission come back NOT SUCCESSFUL (UCDP Hard Stop 401).
What triggers UAD1744
The published rule logic, verbatim:
If OwnershipTransferDate does not include year, month and day (YYYY-MM-DD format) in a given instance of SALES_HISTORY
- • Checked for every Sales Comparable in the report.
- • Required format: a full date, CCYY-MM-DD (e.g., 2026-03-15).
- • Bound to MISMO data point

How to fix it
On the URAR, this lives at: Sales Comparison Approach; Prior Sale and Transfer History → General Information; Comparable Transfer History → Sale Date; Date (%PV%). Complete or correct that field in your form software, regenerate the package, and re-check before submission.
