What triggers UAD1778

The published rule logic, verbatim:

How to fix it

On the URAR, this lives at: Sales Comparison Approach → Unit(s) → Unfinished Area Above Grade. Complete or correct that field in your form software, regenerate the package, and re-check before submission.
