SEVEREEligibilityOfficial message text · Freddie Mac Collateral Feedback Messages for UAD 3.6 (2026-08-04)
The appraisal report indicates that the subject construction method is Manufactured. Manufactured Homes are not eligible for value representation and warranty relief.
Severe — the submission can go through, but Freddie Mac flags that collateral rep & warranty relief eligibility is impacted. Expect lender questions.
What triggers FRE70004
FRE70004 is a Freddie Mac proprietary finding (Eligibility). It is returned by Loan Collateral Advisor®/UCDP® after your lender submits — this layer is explicitly outside the GSE UAD Compliance API, so your form software's built-in check does not run it. The first time most appraisers see it is in a revision request.
