Provide 'Construction Method' (e.g., Site Built, Manufactured, Modular) for each dwelling of the sales comparable.

Fatal — a single unresolved Fatal makes the entire submission come back NOT SUCCESSFUL (UCDP Hard Stop 401).

What triggers UAD1774

The published rule logic, verbatim:

If @ValuationUseType = "SalesComparable" and ((ImprovementType = "Dwelling" and AttachmentType = "Detached") or (ImprovementType = "Dwelling" and AttachmentType = "Attached" and StructuralDesignType = "RowhouseTownhouse" or "SemiDetached" or "Other")), and (at least one instance of CONSTRUCTION_METHOD is not provided or ConstructionMethodType is not provided in a given instance of CONSTRUCTION_METHOD)

• Checked for every Sales Comparable in the report.
• Bound to MISMO data point ConstructionMethodType at ../VALUATION_ANALYSIS/PROPERTIES/PROPERTY/IMPROVEMENTS/IMPROVEMENT/STRUCTURE/CONSTRUCTION_METHODS/CONSTRUCTION_METHOD/

How to fix it

On the URAR, this lives at: Sales Comparison Approach → Dwelling(s) → Construction Method. Complete or correct that field in your form software, regenerate the package, and re-check before submission.

Because this is a Fatal edit, do not submit until it is resolved — one Fatal bounces the whole package.
