More than One Appraisal Report PDF File.
Fatal — a single unresolved Fatal makes the entire submission come back NOT SUCCESSFUL (UCDP Hard Stop 401).
What triggers SYS9006
More than one PDF is present in the package. UCDP expects exactly one appraisal report PDF.
How to fix it
Remove extra PDFs (old versions, invoices, addenda saved separately) and resubmit. Anything that belongs in the report should be in the report PDF itself.
