Warning — the submission can still come back Successful, but the finding is surfaced to your lender's review team.
What triggers SYS9008
The XML references a photo (by its ImageFileLocationIdentifier) that is not present in the ZIP's Images folder. Common causes: photos moved or renamed after export, or an export that silently skipped a file.
How to fix it
Re-export the package and verify the Images folder contains every referenced file. The finding names the missing file — search the XML for that name to see which exhibit references it.
